Some of our items are 100% handmade and require additional time for our artisans to carefully complete each piece. Because of this, certain products may not be ready to ship immediately after you place your order.
Once your item is finished, we will ship it right away and notify you via email or through your account. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please contact us immediately to cancel your order. Any orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your item, you can contact us within 48 hours with your intention to return for an exchange or refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can adjust the address before your order is shipped. However, once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. In that case, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location, usually between 7–20 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping on orders over USD 99.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send the tracking information to your register email. You can also login to your account to check your latest status of your shipment.

Some items in our collection cannot be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions, material regulations, or higher risks of damage during long-distance transit.

In addition, oversized or fragile products may require special handling that is only available for domestic delivery. We are continuously working to expand our international shipping options, and we appreciate your understanding.

Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to appear after your order has been shipped.

This delay often happens because the carrier needs time to scan and update their system as the package moves through transit. Rest assured, your order is on its way. If your tracking number hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
